1. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? 

A: Unstock electric bikes: 10 sets,  Electric bike conversion kits: 10 sets.

2. Q: Do you accept OEM?

A: Yes, we have our own design team and workshop, can do the customized ebike.

3. Q: What’s your delivery time?

A: Electric bike 45 working days; electric bike conversion kits: 25days.

4. Q: What’s your payment terms?

A: Deposit 30% by T/T, Alibaba, Paypal, L/C; balance paid when delivery.

5. Q: Could I take BEITE Ebike samples to test quality and market?

A: Yes, welcome to take samples to test the quality and service.

6. Q: How do you ship BEITE electric bike samples?

A: We suggest ship samples by air express TNT /FedEx.

7. Q: Could you print customer’s logo on Electric bikes and cartons?

A: For order quantity above 50 pcs/sets, it is free; for less than it, will charge the fees.

8. Q: How to control ebike and kits quality?

A:  For each ebike and e-bike kit will be test 100% in BEITE ebike. And all products have CE, EN15194, TUV standard certificate.

9. Q: What is the warranty?

A: - Bafang motor or brushless motor, 24M; - Lithium battery of Sumsung LG Panassonic cells, 18M; - Controller, 18M; - Charger 100-220V 50-60HZ, 12M; Alu6061 Frame, 36M.

10. Q: When do I need to replace the battery?

A: Up to 600 charge cycles. Lithium Ion batteries like to be kept fully charged and have no memory effect. We recommend charging after every use. This is a partial charge.

11. Q: How far does the electric bike go on a charge?

A: Distance per charge depends on which bike and battery package you choose but you can expect 30 to 50 Km as a rule of thumb with PAS system.

12. Q: How fast does it go?

E-bikes for some countries like Australia are limited to a maximum speed of 25kph where the motor ceases to provide assistance beyond 25kph. You can however pedal or coast downhill beyond this speed without motor assistance.

13. Q: Do you sale electric bike parts?

Yes, we provide all ebike parts, like motor, brake, grip, battery.. We cooperate with many big ebike parts factory, like Bafang, Tektro, Shimano. So you can order directly from us.

14. Q: How you factory deal with the Electric Bike Anti-dumping law in European?

The European will charge high tax for electric bike, we could provide all ebike kits, spare parts to you. Then you can assemble in European.

15. Q: Do you have certification?

Yes, We have CE certification for European market, motor, controller, display certification.

16. Q: What's the bike parts brand you are using?

We are cooperated with many famous bike brand, like Bafang motor, samsung battery, Shimano derailleur, Tektro brake, mozo fork.
